I'd got for at least 40 denier - I've got some 50s and they're not as opaque as I might like on the "chunkier" bits of my legs.

I'm thinking grey to start with. I wear black and have some purple so... Also last night I was having thoughts involving the inevitability of matching my eye make up to my tights so grey is a good bet and then I can be subtle on the matching and have red lips... yeah.
