I do lke a PoW check suit, very smart. I dunno I think its a very individual thing asfar as a PoW harrington goes. Some people it looks awful on others it dont, another problem is theres loads of gear you cant wear it with (e.g. gingham button down, anything light blue) but with a nice pair of black docs and a smart black lambswool/merino V-neck its looks boss.
Very personal style the PoW check I think. Makes a change from me plain black Baracuta though.
Not had a Barracuta for years, deffo tempted to buy a couple this year.
The price tag is abit of a pain in the arse. I picked mine up in the sale a couple of years ago for about £60 quid. The Merc ones aint a bad alternative either. Ive had me eye on a burgundy or creme one for ages but im not really sure what I could wear with it colour wise as I quite like to wear a bergundy V neck regularly.
Seen a well smart FP (Laurel) in ice blue the other day
They've a sale on at the moment iirc.
Yeah I had a look on their website but the colours on the sale G9's are abit dodgy I reckon (either that or not my size). What do you reckon of the Lyle and Scott vintage polos?? Am tempted to get meself a black one, theyre a nice fit and have 3 buttons.
Nah, L&S are way too 'mod' for my skinhead tastes.
Baracuta's??? Where??? Am still looking for a decent pair of bloody Sta Prest, Levis had them ones they released recently but could only find them in beige and couldntbe arsed with buying a dodgy pair off ebay
i didnt think it was a particularly good film. middle of the road - like most mainstream british fare.
it least it didn't have that fucking awful twee feelgoodinees like Bend it Like Beckham, Full monty etc.
oh come off it. the wee laddy throwing the flag of st george into the sea at the is straight from that school of script writing.

i find this film difficult to watch tbh.
i met a suedehead the other night, with some skinheads. it was interesting to say the least! we had a great natter about reggae.
i am such a clueless nob. i used to think they were all racist cunts back in the day (cos of my experience of quite a few), so i lumped them all together.
i still find it confusing mind.....

i still HATE that haircut, the girls' one. it brings me out in a silent rage.
(probably cos of the past again....)
