Nah, there has been decent white hip hop.

KRS One in his recent lectures states that Hip Hop is no longer a black or white medium, but a truly international phenomena that requires no previous experience or "feel" for the genre to become an active part of.

And as Ken says, quite a few of the best MCs these days are white. Or mixed.
