As for king prawns - one of the worst food products for the environment you can get. Really best avoided.
 
British prawns that are caught and farmed here, then are transported to China to be peeled before returning back to the UK. Yeah, that's a great use of resources.

On a more serious note.
Marinade them in some lemon/lime juice and stor fry them with some veggies and lemongrass, red chillies finely chopped, a dash of soy and serve with medium egg noodles:)
