I'm a bit stretched work wise at the moment !

Sadly it's a private hospital and the standard of cleaning is extremely high (compared to the NHS... ).......the unit i clean you could eat your dinner off the floor !

That feeling when you have been tidying all day place is still a tip.
Cleaning down the side of the couch where the kids usually sit

Last time I was in a private hospital (visiting, rather than actually in one), I had to get a nurse to come and clean dried blood off the side of the bed

Not in my hospital !

The very thought...........

shit we'd have a major enquiry if that happened, paperwork would be dragged out, people taken to the office, verbal warnings that sorta thing !

I echo the above posters sentiments. Tidying's a bit tedious but I can get my teeth right into a good bit of cleaning! The grimier the better! Cor!
Come and sort out your old room please.....

what gets me is that there's obviously more space on the top shelf, this being due to the worlds roundness

no one gives a fuck and leaves the shit on the floor, what do they think's gonna happen, compost?

I know! I (very quietly, I didn't want to alarm my dad, who was the patient) made a right royal fuss - the rooms had flippin Sky ffs and they can't even clean blood off the bed. Then I went round with a load of loo roll and that alcohol gel and what do you know - thanks to me he didn't catch MRSA
