Disputes with neighbours are horrible. I was just on fenlandnags.com, and there was a poor woman there going on about her neighbour who has the windows in all weathers and plays loud music. She thought her neighbour was listening in to every word she says and was getting quite paranoid about it. Her husband, child and dog have long ceased saying anything, just in case like
