gracious, hope you get the outcome you want
it seems my desired outcome isn't really relevant in this case!!
hobo's such a little princess... she's getting her own way - and to hell with anyone who doesn't like it!!
i'll explain:
someone saw one of my posters and was able to describe her accurately - so i said, come round... guy turns up (apparently only lives a few doors down) and tells me the story.... turns out he breeds cats and he owns hobo's mum and dad - he sold most of hobo's brothers and sisters but decided to give hobo to his sister in blackheath. this was working out fine until his sister fell pregnant - in some episode of teenage cat hormones mixing with pregnant woman's hormones the cat turned against this guy's sister... so the guy takes hobo to his mums. hobo's not too keen on that set up either, and hides in the cupboard for 3 days before doing a runner.
that was 3 weeks before she turned up at my flat.
anyway, so the guy trys to give her a little hello and a cuddle - and the little tike starts hissing at him. he picks her up, and she scratches his arm! then, as if to really underline the point - she comes over and starts purring and cuddling me, my bf and his daughter.
the guy says - she seems to be really happy with you lot - maybe she should stay with you. and we're like... er..... er..... (landlady said no pets, we're moving in 2 weeks, the cat litter stinks and she's in season and keeps sticking her bum in my bf's face in the hope he'll fancy her etc etc) er..... (but she is everso cute, and she does seem happy with us) er.....
anyway, we swap numbers with the guy, he goes off - and we haven't heard a peep outta him or his mum since.
my dad says she's adopted us, and that its all over.. we no longer have any choice in the matter.
) and then ti turned up and now won't leave our step !! it's a right old scaredy cat tho... i think some times they wander off on adventures for a bit... they are hunters after all ...
