I think Walcott will win it for us. After all the lads take the piss out of his disgrace of a girlfriend he will want to prove himself on the pitch.

You just got a thread binned for this sort of bollocks and you start up somewhere else? 24h ban.

I was midway through posting when the last thread got binned but...

She's only a fucking schoolgirl. Have you got nothing better to do than to pick on a teenager (who is actually very pretty) because she happens to be going out with a footballer.

Or is it just that you've never had a shag.

Go back to your kleenex and Playboy knobjockey.

Thank you FridgeMagnet

O and with regards to the thread i think Brazil will win it, goals from all over the pitch. Teams are going to have put two men on Ronaldinho to stop him and, as another poster pointed out, that leaves plenty of gaps for the likes of Adriano, Ronaldo, Kaka, Robinho, Ze Roberto etc etc.

It's all very well to have a strong attack but their defense is pants and will be found out. It'll be 1982 all over again.

Brazil - An easy option but just look at the talent they can put out, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Adriano, Kaka etc etc. But will the curse of never winning a world cup in Europe strike them??
They have though

And in answer to the thread Italy. Their current problems with match-fixing means the players have somthing to prove.

England would be better though :)

I've had a £100 bet with someone that Italy will go further than England. So it's Italy for me.

I do hope England win it. Can't see it though.

If Rooney and Owen get sorted we have a chance. Only a chance mind, but Peter Crouch and Theo Walcott (precocious talent that he is ;) ) a decent striking line up do not make.

Well it's by no means the best in the tournament but it's of at least the same strength as it was in 2002 when they conceeded just four goals throughout. They scored 18 in that competition and I think they'll better it this year.

I wouldn't be so certain. Dida's been appalling recently, Robbie Carlos is in decline, Cicihno doesn't defend rigorously and they still play Roque Junior at the back. When your only defender who can tackle is Lucio then you're in trouble.

On top of that I reckon that the latter stages of the 2002 tournament were a little bit strange. Lots of top teams didn't play to their potential and Brazil had a relatively easy path to the final (Belgium, England, Turkey, FINAL). That could happen again of course but I reckon in Germany in June the conditions will be familiar and the likelihood of a similar series of upsets substantially reduced.

Knobjockey sounds like a cool game on the PS2. Although I hear it's much better on the XBox360. I have some cheats if anyone's interested.

Of course, translated this means you masturbate yourself crosseyed on a nightly basis whilst gazing up at crumpled pictures of her you managed to print out from the internet...

Gosh, that's some imagination you've got.

Or is it?

:D

Germany always seem to be strong in tournaments, and this year with home advantage I have a feeling they'll edge it.

Mexico had a couple of good tournaments last summer. Beating brasil and outplaying argentina.

so here`s hoping.

my money is on argentina or germany though.

Was gonna vote for Scotland or Wales or Ireland but then I realised they weren't in it. I then realised that even if they were in it, they are shit so probably wouldn't win it anyway. :D

I gone for England! :p
