Totally love this album. One of my all time favourites. Mat Johnson is a genius song writer. I do like Mindbomb and Soul Mining as well.

Bad news everyone.

Richie Allen, Spiked, David Icke, Judy Mikovits, Ben Swann, Peter Joseph (Zeitgeist), Spiro Skouras, The Grayzone, Javad Zarif (Iran cunt), Gemma O'Doherty, Moon of Alabama, Cynthia McKinney, Last American Vagabond, Miko Peled, Whitney Webb, MintPress News, Max Blumenthal, Project Veritas, Charles Shoebridge, Caitlin Johnstone, Vanessa Beeley, Max Keiser, Eva Bartlett, Global Research, F William Engdahl, Ken O'Keefe, Annie Machon, Webster Tarpley, George Galloway, Craig Murray, and more

An absolute shower.

Not like this is a huge surprise considering some of his lyrics. It seems like a pretty paranoid place, the inside of Matt Johnson's head.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who got hugely (yes!! ) into The The (those lyrics!!) for exactly that reason! :

(But any form of conspiricism at all, can fuck right off! )

Myself and pals saw The The live at Glastonbury -- definitely 2000!!

I don't/can't ;) remember whether it was an especially great gig, and he focussed a bit too much on newer and less good songs as I very vaguely recall :hmm:.

But all the same, that gig was up there with the really good gigs, that bonkers year!!

(PS -- any conspiracy loon-ness, then and now, here or elsewhere, can still entirely get stuffed!! )

What did we do before Twitter? Rely on people giving off-hand wacky remarks at the end of NME interviews?
