The text has gone all small on the laptop

Things like Facebook and the BBC website for example are all squashed into the middle of the screen.

I've downloaded Firefox 3 but that's made no difference.

I once did awful things to my display settings by accidentally holding down the function key instead of the shift key then typing a load of what I assumed would be A CAPSLOCK RANT!!11!!! It didn't reset with a reboot. I'm trying to remember how I fixed it.....

I thought you clicked on view at the top, on the drop down menu go to 'text size' then choose medium and all should be OK?
