Quite so.

Basically, IMHO, they're a sort of contemporary Showaddywaddy, replicating the sounds & styles of 30 years ago for fun & profit.

That's it, basically. If you were 16 and had never heard anything like that before, it might be exciting. But if not, not.

The first album was an enjoyable way to spend half an hour or so, the second was more of the same but not quite as good. Not too sure about the new single, doesn't have the catchiness of their earlier stuff but fair play to them for trying something different.
