I can't make Saturday as I'm doing kentish things, but I would be up for sunday. I was there at the original one and that was a sunday too.

The first one was fun, we did kite flying and went on the miniature railway. Here's the pics from it.

i will probably come.. but i'm often fairly crotchety but the sunday of glasto and this year will be no exception.. i'm furious already :mad:
 
I voted Saturday because it should be the warmer of the 2 according to the BBC even though there won't be much sun and it's probably going to be quite humid as well ! And thunder is predicted for Friday so the ground may be wet so Sunday might be a better option ! What we need is someone who's house backs onto Brockwell park to check the qualtiy of the ground and the weather on the Saturday morning and then start a phone tree type thing if everything is in a decent condition !
 
Sounds like fun. I'lll probs make the trek from Camden and maybe even bring along some Camdenites.

Can't they just post it on the thread Henry? I will test the quality of the ground thoroughly as I do every morning will a sustained bout of al fresco sex and will then be able to give a complete run down of ground conditions. The going at Brockwell Park is Good to Really Hard sort of thing.


I'll get my coat shall I? Or is that my rug?
 
I am coming to this and i am not worried about which day, i voted saturday but am happy for it to be sunday :)

YAY it means i can get my little pink picnic set out again :)

I was thinking of you when I typed that ! There is no-way I'd be getting up early to check the ground quality and I doubt shells would either ! Nicely volunteered sir !

That subzerocat may not appreciate you but I do ! where else can I see stupidly longue tongues and people wearing lycra when it would probably be best if they didn't ?
