The Season So Far

No-one I know hates Reading. There's always a bit of trouble when we play them, but there's none of the deeply ingrained hatred that we have for Oxford. We only hate Oxford. Bristol City come next, then Rovers. Reading would be fourth in the list, due to location I suppose, but that's hardly a proper rivalry.

I suppose, like our Reading supporting chap above says, Reading only has Swindon and Oxford to shout at. Oxford are nowhere, so it leaves you bunch of farmers.

You had asked me before 16th December I would have said "crap" & "Anderson out". Since then, well we are still in the FA Trophy, had a decent run in the FA Cup & are starting to put some wins together. Currently sitting in ninth place, seven points behind the leaders (Margate) with two games in hand. Over the next six weeks we are playing all the teams above us so the season could have taken off come the end of February or us Dons could be back to shouting "Anderson out", we shall see.

Many thanks to the Swindon lads for beating MK Scum over Christmas. Did any off you go..??

I don't really like the idea of going to MK Dons away, to be honest. I started a thread about it a couple of years ago & general opinion was split about 50/50 between the 'I'll never give the fuckers any of my money' and the 'I'll follow my team anywhere I fucking like thankyouverymuch' with not much inbetween.

I was in the second category I believe, but I didn't go as it was New Year's Day and I had better things to do than spend it in Milton "fucking" Keynes.

I think I'd probably go now though and I was in the first camp then.
