Have really loved this series (although the constant 'what happened last time' is annoying) but it's made me realise 2 things;
Front of house is a god awful job and I think much harder than the cooking side, most often the couples that have gone have gone because of the FoH side

well the twins deserved it last night it has to be said but I'm sad to see the scottish couple leave, she especially did a fine job, even more so to think she was 5/6 months pregnant too

Wow. That's a shame, I liked the Scottish couple.
The Brown and Green concept is really strong, and I think that's a big part of them getting through.
Raymond rightly makes a big deal about the fact he will have to WORK with these people after the show finishes, so in that light, how can that horrid Jeremy and his whiney wife possibly be considered?

The twins look like the best bet to be honest. They have boundless enthusiasm and seem relatively realistic about what running a restaurant will entail. IMO they have a far stronger brand compared to the other restaurant as well - it feels a lot more zeitgeisty than just plain old "fine dining".
I reckon the twins will get it!

Bi0boy- Ok, Jeremy can cook, but in all conscience could you place young staff with him? Managing people day to day if he treats his wife like shit?
It is sooo insidious, and he isnt ashamed to do it in front of other people. All the couples must have had fearsome rows with so much at stake- but this is ugly to watch.

I agree Jeremy is a class A cock, but I would love to see the crying woman cry because she had won rather than because she had lost. She seems to want it more than anyone else.
As the twins said themselves they always dreamed of running a sandwich shop/cafe which I think they would be better at TBH.

i think the twins were always gonna win it and twatboy and the whinger are only in the final to get people talking .i smell a fix.(which wouldn't be suprising what with the good old beeb's track record.)

I hope the twins win & agree they seem the best but I'm not sure their restaurant really fits with the Raymond Le Blanc image. The other couples food seems more in line with his fine dining credentials.
