No point in having a structure like the UN permanent member stratum of the Security Council if the countries on it are not immune. The idea is you're the police, the prosecution, the jury and the executioner, not that you might one day be the defendant.

The UN structure enforces inperialism and empire, it's not supposed to question it, or bring its exponents to justice.
