the price of a pick up pizza?

Depends on the loaf......ok sainsburys own is cheaper......

ok i'm going on my corner shop prices then......

loaf - £1.50
milk - 55p
fags- £6.00

that's malboro lights by the way...............haven't bought them for years as they are too dear now !

I can only bare to pay attention to prices in Sainsbury's. At the cornershops I just close my eyes and hand my money over

i like you mentalchik: your views on stuff is always very down to earth.

I very rarely come onto this forum as it tends to get me riled............

i'm not perfect in any stretch but i do my best to not be a snob !

AU dollars
Pizza which feeds one 11.50 to 13.50 Uni pizza parlor
Loaf of bread 3.50 small 5.50 large probably less at woolies I go to the baker
6 pack 350 ml beer ~15 depending on the brand
I think milks about 3 two litres
Cigs I don’t smoke but I am pretty sure it’s over 20

Reckon the following

Bread - 30 Kr (pumpkin seed loaf or ciabatta fresh baked)
Fags - 33Kr (most popular brands)
Milk 9 Kr
= 72 Kr

= 8.64 GBP or 15.46 AusD
Switzerland
Pumpkin seed bread: 3.5CHF = £2.10
20 Fags: 6.5CHF = £4; rolling baccy is much cheaper though (40g is 5CHF but the tax on that is going up 400% in the new year)
Milk 1 litre: 1.9CHF = £1.10

A medium 4 cheese Domino's is about 20 quid here. Yes, that's right.
My work canteen charges £4 for a piece (1/4) of pizza, but that's kind of subsidised.

umm $1 (50p) for a loaf of bread $3. (1.50p) 3 litres of milk and $13 (7.50) for 30g of baccy and $1.20 (60p) for a litre of petrol.
