The porridge thread

One cup porridge oats, two cups water, salt, three handfuls of whatever fruits are to hand: apples, bananas, raisins, apricots, dates, prunes....etc.

Jumbo oats, banana and honey. Done in a pot, not the microwave. I pop it on low heat before I have my shower in the morning, and it's done when I'm dressed. Win all round. :)
