It's different from American bacon which is cut from the belly of the hog. It's more ham-like.

I like margherita best, which isn't on the list.

One of the silliest I've seen is the "breakfast pizza" I used to see advertised on Woodland Road in Glasgow: a fried breakfast (bacon, sausage, egg, black pudding, potato scone) on a pizza. But even that topping is sensible when compared to pineapple. Don't put pineapple on pizzas; what are you thinking?

I ticked "other". My...veggie wimpout...option would be spinach, gorgonzola cheese, and walnuts. God's Own Pizza, and don't let any let any sausage-topped, hamburger-toting, pineapple philistine say otherwise...

I really like sweetcorn on pizza. Not just sweetcorn obvs, but there is something about sweetcorn on pizza which I like.

My local does a duck and hoi sin pizza, but it doesn't have any tomato or cheese on it, so I don't really know if it is actually a pizza.

Absolutely.

Pizza bianco has been cruelly overlooked: garlic, olive oil, rosemary, and sliced potato. No tomato sauce. Delicious.

Perhaps. It never occurred to me that the British were heathens when it came to pizza. Of course pizza has tomato sauce. Next thing you'll tell me is you prefer thin crust pizza!
