So you don't think that the laws that established the common market should be repealed, and replaced with national laws? That the Human Rights part of the constitution isn't worth applying across all EU nations?
TBH Maastricht was a deeper treaty than this...and while the EU has some centralising, statist instincts (a function of it's original planning - it's loosely based on the French structure of govt) it lacks a defining ideology or centralising identity, which is what *should* head off the USE fears...
This is how it's going to be from now on. Because the constitution failed they named it a treaty and they won't ask the people anymore. All they want is the good of the people of course
