Maybe this has already been discussed on here, but I haven’t noticed. I saw a TV ad last night for these people who are Diesel claims managers, offering a no win no fee claims management service for obtaining compensation from car manufacturers for misselling of Diesel vehicles. Seems an identical business model to the legions of PPI claims management companies from a few years ago.
If you bought or leased a diesel car or van between 2009 and 2020, maybe you want to hop on board and see if you can get a payout, but I suppose you would need to have been the original purchaser, not a secondhand owner.
