Odd how THC is getting tough on the trivial infractions being committed by traditional boozers, while continuing to ignore the fairly open sale and consumption of illegal substances at places like 1001. Must be some hidden agenda going on there

its a nice enough pub, a tad too expensive to be a regular haunt for me (i pretty much only drink in wetherspoons/at home) - but yes if you have visitors from out of town and abroad its a great place to show them, much better than the slightly forced "we're so east end" pubs nearby.

The IWW General Assembly this summer ended up here on its last night and it worked brilliantly, there's a great shot of 30-odd drunk wobblies outside the place
