(At least, those are our traditional rivals, well 2 and 3 more than 1 traditionally, but 1 has got bigger in recent years. I would also nominate the following:
Southampton
Everton
Sheffield (both teams for different reasons, weds are just annoying, utd cos of their whingeing over the tevez affair)
Stoke (dunno why just not keen on them)
Middlesbrough

That's a bit obscure, isn't it? It's hard to believe many people can get worked up either way about Shrewsbury Town. It's like making the lead singer from the Kitchens of Distinction your most hated rockstar or something.

Leeds, Liverpool, Chelsea, City more and more, saying that do have a grudging respect for Liverpool and more often than not the fans I come across are genuine and know their football....not a huge fan of Swindon, from childhood trips to the manor and when arsenal were good their fans got right on my nerves
Genuine scousers who support liverpool, fine, it's smug southern home-counties liverpool (and man u) fans, as well as plastic paddie cod-scousers, who irritate me.

I wish certain people at Sheffield United would have quite serious accidents.... but I'm not too bothered about the club itself.

That's true actually Tommers - I never used to mind Sheff Utd that much, always disliked wednesday much more, but the way they have carried on over the tevez business is ridiculous, and that has made me dislike them.

Thats about the size of it....all my mates supported them as a kid, used to go along quite a bit and a hatred of swindon ( and pretty much anyone else, Oxford had some rare ol fans ) just was bred into me....

re: local rivals. our tradition rivals were the scabs from the other side of the thames, but it's hard to maintain proper anti-millwall feeling when they've been so comprehensively shit over the last few years.
