Our INCURSION into Cambodia was not an invasion. Never intednded to be one either. Not that you'll even begin to understand the difference ...

There was an unsubstantiated rumour earlier in the year that pbman is participating.

No time for that.

But i would, as i know several members and have spent a lot of time, in the exact location they set up, in new mexico.

Lots of them are democrats by the way...............

Yep, and guess where the man himself declared he was going back in december?
that's right, NM (which is probably where the unsubstantiated rumours came from).

Oh, and it's "Okie" as in "Oklahoman", (although he's a "native" Michiganer) not "Oakie" as in "dense and wooden", even if some might say he's both. :p

You have a good memory for a commie. :D

I don't think that illegal aliens could vote.

As for your wall and guest worker program - I thought both were being done. They decided not to put a wall up on your northern border, iirc.

You don't need to show proof of cizenship in order to register to vote or proof of ID when you do vote..............

If you took the illegal vote for the democrats they would loose a lot more..............

Fine, but tell them to get off the Canadian border.

Ah, good auld semantics to the rescue! The act of entering Cambodia was done without permission, therefore it was an illegal entry; an invasion.

It's the semantics of a politician rather than anything else.

Why else attempt to "spin" a 5+ yr history which included permanent bases for US and SV troops (hardly a sign of "incursion"), with "in country" strength ranging between 15,000-70.000 over that period, and with such a massive quantity of ordnance dropped, as something it wasn't?

Justement. No wonder so many Orwellian phrases are doing the rounds.

US Border Vigilantes Declare War on Themselves

Peebs are you sure its not you.

The group was formed in 2005 in response to concern over illegal immigration, mainly Hispanic. It has been accused of attracting racists, a charge it denies. The group, which split within months of its formation in a row over funds, has now fragmented again. A breakaway group, the Patriots’ Border Alliance, is being set up

“I think this absolutely unjustified farce has a good chance of tearing this organization apart, which would be a damn shame,” he said.

Splitters.

I'd think that the choice of name would be a good start for showing where the Minutemen's ideological roots lie.

Hang on a moment though, the first Minutemen were part of the Massachusetts militia during the American revolution.

Semantics my ass. An invasion is an attempt to take over a country, territory, etc. ... by force ... with all that implies ... political control as well as physical control. What we did in Cambodia during the time in question had nothing to do with an "invasion." We went there to eliminate the North Vietnamese traffic moving to South Vietnam via Cambodia. When we accomplished that, according to a set plan, we pulled back into South Vietnam. We never intended to take over ... invade ... Cambodia.

You ask "permission" during an armed conflict? Boy, am I glad we don't depend on folks like you.

This minutemen thing is an inevitable result of the Fed gov refusing to enforce the laws against illegal immigration.

This is true. And people elect them anyway.

But oh don't you know if they were from China or Romania they'd have to wait and wait and wait.
