Pot au chocolat for pudding might be a bit rich, but fuck it, why not. With roast pear possibly.

Either that or a dressed salad starter consisting of crispy halloumi, lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatoes and thin sliced pear.

Pork wellington would be good with those mushrooms and pastry but there's nothing to serve it with.

The road to becoming a masterchef is lined with the bodies of those that attempt chocolate desserts.
 
can you shallow fry stuff in anything other than a pan? how would frying it in something else make any difference?
 
to be fair though, 'oven roasted' this and 'oven roasted' that... who the fuck roasts stuff in anything other than an oven? how often do you see fucking spit-roasted food or pan-roasted food?
