Why would you wear a tshirt of a band if you don't a) like them or b) have heard of them, unless you're trying to be 'cool'? That's what fucking annoys me - it's not about being 'precious', it's about having a passion for music, and if you really admire a band, wearing a tshirt that tells the world you love them, and if someone isn't wearing it for those reasons, then it's baseless wank, isn't it?LD Rudeboy said:

The Motorhead logo looks cool - you don't need to be aware of the band to have an aesthetic reaction to it. All the t-shirts I've seen 'the kids' wear have a strong visual presence, ie MC5, Rolling Stones, etc etcsojourner said:

I've seen mostly Ramones and Led Zep tshirts tbh. I agree that the Motorhead logo is interesting, but I'm afraid I don't have much time for people who just want to look 'cool'...smacks of shallowness to me.
