I agree. Apart from anything else there is still a significant minority of the UK population with no internet access, and I'm guessing they majority of those people simply have no interest in getting it.
I do see a future for commercially made and produced speeding warning devices, though. Something that bleeps when you exceed the limit. If you could get somthing like that to market for under a 100 quid, I think it would sell, and it would remove the 'I didn't know what the limit was' and 'I didn't realise how fast I was going' lines of defence.
