I just checked it out - it had a very young Kurt Russell in it

First film was 'Live and Let Die' in 1972.

Think the last time I went to the flicks was for the 'Dawn of the Dead' remake.

May go and see 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' this week, maybe. :)

The Spy who loved me.... (the man with the metal teeth freaked me right out. What was my mother thinking?)

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory .... ( totally wonderful but also freaked me out this weekend when I was hallucinating)

First: Bambi, before I can really remember anything.

Last: Err... Jeez... Umm... Lord of the Rings 1 (I don't go cinemaing that often)

I think my first was a re showing of snowwhite in the west end, my cousin took me. Although that might just be the first i can remember.

Last one.... good god i havnt been to the cinema since about just after xmas and I cant think what it was

I think the first film was probably Grease (1978).

I have some vague recollection of seeing it at Ilkeston when we were kids, Geri might remember.

*texts Geri*

Last film was Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, which we saw on Sunday.

I'm not sure if it was the first movie I went to watch in the cinema (probably not) but my earliest memory is of going to the cinema was to watch E.T., which I loved dearly, but then I had to listen to my mum and my cousin dissecting the movie to bits afterwards - which really annoyed me!

I remember going to see ET with my mum, who cried all the way through it

The first film I saw was Herbie Goes Bananas. But my dad had to take me out of the cinema as I cried so much when Herbie fell in the water (I thought he was dead!).

Last film I saw at the cinema was The Incredibles - I'm still a kid at heart :D

First film might have been Fantasia. I also remember seeing Labyrinth at the cinema with me mum and siblings. I don't think my mum quite approve of the Goblin kings strange relationship with the young lady.

Last film I saw was Closer at the Prince Charles. Great dialogue but soooooooo depressing. Any arguement with boyfriend will now be defined as " Are you angry with me on a scale of one to Closer?"

Bambi in the mid-50's when I was about 10 (doesn't actually seem that long ago)

Last one 'White Noise' I think - I thought it was crap but my other half wanted to see it.

Which slightly off topic reminds me that I saw a Rodney Dangerfield (what a crap actor) film in the early 90's called 'Lady Bugs' about a girls football team -me and my other half where the only 2 people in the cinema - and after about an hour of the film we knew why , what a load of crap

First: Empire Strikes Back (original version) when I was 4 (the first ever movie I can remember watching was the Blues Brothers).

Last: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

My mom still has the ticket from when she took me to see snow white when I was three - that was my first film. The first one I can remember was seeing the lion king for my friend's 10th birthday

The most recent one I saw at the cinema was the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy

First one I remember was Star Wars, which nobody ever heard of again. Last... um, um, Murderball a couple of weeks ago, which was rather disappointing.

The first: The Little Mermaid.

The last: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I've come such a long way...

first: when i was about 4 newbie took me to see a winnie the pooh film at the Ritzy. i remember it clearly. i think that was my first film.

last: little tanky took me to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory yesterday

wiskers

first: Pinnochio when I was 3 or 4 with my dad and older brother. Then ET: The Extraterrestrial when I was 4 or 5 I think.

last: honestly cannot remember, it's ages since I went. The Odeon near us never seems to show anything good that I want to watch and all the other cinemas are out of town multiplexes which are a pain in the arse to get to.
