Ruby's been at my mum's for a few days cos I've been away on boats.
My sister bought her a new Guantanamo jumpsuit
We’ve had a plumber in all day, who is both fantastic with dogs and who has undone most of the training we’ve done with Biscuit about polite greetings.
Having got her used to sitting politely, she’s now a full-on convert to the “jumping in your face and chewing your ear whilst you cackle” school of people greeting.
Ah, I know that greeting well
She ducking loves ears.
This may not’ve been helped by me using ears to shut her up. (She ate four cow ears and 2 pig ears this w/e).
But I’m not convinced she knows the connection.
Ruby's usual over-excited greeting is known as the "ear bath"
Love Ruby in her hazmat suit and that pic gives her a beautiful and noble profile
Btw, cheap dog crates @ Aldi this week. We got a £35 double door large crate for biscuit, and it’s both great and about half the price of PetsAtHome, therms
I think you can buy most things cheaper than Pets at Home. The cat and dog food in our nearest one is always more expensive than the supermarkets. I only go there now in emergencies for paper based cat litter.
Oh apparently that's (mum's slightly larger than Ruby cockapoo) Poppy's high security detainment camp outfit. Ruby's is in the post
Oscar went out in the snow. I made him wear his coat, which he's not keen on.
It has elastic loops that go round his back legs, but when we put those on he walks around like John Wayne after a particularly messy pants explosion. So he goes loop-free.
Here's an action shot, having a bit of a shake by the docks after sneaking up on a swan.
A day in walks, wees, and cuddles

I know you're a new doggie parent, but dude! TMI!
I must admit that Biscuit does look a tad embarrassed in that last image !
Edit: I’ve sent it to my wife and mum about a dozen times.
With increasing degrees of close-up / Xoom, until it’s just her eyes.
Idk why, but ubran won’t let me upload them. Security blah blah? Lazy Llama
Were you attaching it to that same post? Might be the attachment limit (I forget what the limit is).
We were talking about how its been about two weeks since she had a wee in the house.
Then whilst in a mad fit, she dug out some of her bedding from her cage, did a small wee on the under bedding, and legged it to the door looking worried.
Pngs? If relevant.
Aww will she ever grow into her ears?
PNGs are fine.
Can you screenshot the error?
Dog pleading for walk to end.
“Feels like -8,” tbf. I wasn’t sure both of us would make it back, if we pushed on.
Ben "likes" snow, at least to play in for a bit. His latest was to take some bites out of the small heap / drift !
He has liquid water waiting in the kitchen, the daft muppet !
Definite trend towards unsustainability here!
Fucksake. Biscuit has snaffled a half slice of Nutella toast and a half slice of jam toast off the table this morning. The toddler hasn’t quite got to grips with toast protection yet, and that’s enough treasure to keep her table hunting for weeks.
A quick scout of the internet suggests that Nutella doesn’t contain enough chocolate to pose a serious risk of chocolate toxicity, and it’s only the emergency vet’s number active at the mo, so we’ll give it a miss. But a bit of a fucked up meal time!
Mullet once broke into a box and ate half a chocolate orange.
A trip to the vet and bill for £90 - what better way to spend christmas eve?
