Where's the slam tent, mate?
There are no quick fixes in life and anyone, anyone, from a politicians down who tells you that there are, is a liar
There are loads of quick fixes. Spell/grammar check, for example.

If we lose at home to Tonbridge we are in deep trouble.
So obviously you are going all out to support the players? What are your plans?
I'm not, I'm going to Bromley v Sutton on Saturday. Sorry. So obviously you are going all out to support the players? What are your plans?
Personally I agree with your final comment but ultimately there comes a tipping point where you can't just carry on regardless without making a tough decision, otherwise you're in danger of ending up like Nottingham Forest did with Brian Clough. Right now there is an argument for a change of manager and whether you like it or not the only thing that can settle it in your favour is better results.Gavin has fashioned Dulwich Hamlet in recent years - he and the club are inseparable
confident we wouldn't exist without him - players would have left when not paid and his steady hand undoubtedly played well with all stake holders - play your cards wrong and you could end up with someone like Tamplin
the situation is not great - but this is far from the end of the world

and now is certainly not the time to be debating a different path
we need to get fully behind the team until the last kick of the season
No we're not, or at least not significantly deeper than we already are. This sort of hysterical overreaction that really winds me up. The bigger picture is not pretty, it's been a really poor season but if we lose on Saturday we'll be a bit worse off than we are right now, that's all. Before we won at Hungerford two months ago we were 19th in the table, without a win for four months, and defeat would have dropped us into the relegation places. At that point Braintree were in the top half of the table. Look at their results since and look at where they are now, that's "deep trouble". Right now we've lost two games on the spin, one of them away to the team second in the table. Before that we'd taken four points from the previous two games, including a draw away from home to the team then second in the table. We need an as yet unquantifiable number of points to be certain of staying up and the sooner we get them the better. If we lose at home to Tonbridge we are in deep trouble.
Well that is one way of looking at it but ignores the fact that Braintree's form is better than ours and that if we lose on Sat we would have gained 5 points in 7 games (4 of which were at home). Not sure what constitutes deep trouble, maybe a relegation play-off at Concord on the last day of the season?Personally I agree with your final comment but ultimately there comes a tipping point where you can't just carry on regardless without making a tough decision, otherwise you're in danger of ending up like Nottingham Forest did with Brian Clough. What can you do? Turn up on Saturday, cheer on the random 11 players that turn up, and not get on their backs if we aren't winning. Other than that it's slightly out of our hands.
With respect I thought the team played well against Carlisle. Even if Carlisle's game plan was to counter attack we had loads of possession and we moved the ball quickly. If they hadn't scored early they may well have been in trouble. So in hindsight bringing in the two new players has had a negative effect. But you can't really fault the manager for trying to strengthen the team and get to the FA cup second round. After all our league performances in the run up to the cup game were poor. It's amazing how every player played out of their skins in front of the BBC cameras but most haven't looked that good since. The performance against Carlisle was a low point this season for me. A great day off the pitch. But the team fizzled out quickly on it. And the selection left a bad taste in the mouth.
). I don't believe we will get relegated and we can't change the manager before the end of the season as there would be no guarantee it would make any difference.I am not saying there isn't issues with man management, training, playing players out of position and players being frozen out (apart from that what have the Romans ever done for us).
I don't think I need to now, I have realised that you don't have to win games to avoid being relegated as all the other teams will just lose their games for you. It's a brilliant plan that we are executing superbly. I will be able to just enjoy the game knowing that the result is meaningless to us staying up.So no plans to offer better support to the players?
Will be too embarrassed to go now that you've exposed me as the main reason for our teams performances this season. I did try to shout loudly, I really did.
No, because that makes no sense. Are you suggesting that if the support hadn’t been better, performances wouldn’t be better?
No, because that makes no sense.
Come off it, B.I.G: poor performances again and again and again are what (largely) bring about poor atmosphere - as we're currently seeing.
How do you know what I offer you weirdo? As you have said, you just want the team back in the Isthmian South so everything is how you like it. To blame the newer supporters for this season is just really wrong. And for the record I have been coming since 2012 and like the things you despise the families, the friends, the students, people new to the game etc

I've been to Dorking, Welling and Dartford away. They're not ahead of us due to their vociferous support
Please God no.Dartford had a drum tbf, maybe that's the secret to success?
