Indeed he, along with thousands of others in the so-called Quo Army, has remained transfixed by the chug-ah, chug-ah, chug-ah, chug-ah, chug-ah, chug-ah rhythm (if such it can be called), which - and this is the big one - unremittingly places (the emphasis of) the beat at the beginning of each and every bar, thus resulting in the band’s seemingly hypnotic and (eventual) coercive white noise.

any particular track? soulseeking studio will end in tears.
How about Hiltmeyer Inc - Rockabilly - it has nothing to do with rockabilly and chugs a fair bit.
Blimey. The cymbal is certainly loud enough in that mix! Sounds more like space-rock to me - the sort of thing I grew up with in Wales.
i tried some stuff off Gilded Eternity by Loop. It does chug, but it's a little too psychedelic, it doesn't have that basic relentlessness that, say, the Faust track does.
Ditto Spacemen 3.
ANd the Hotrod track - whilst being one of the greatest singles of all time - doens't fit at all
Oh believe me, some of the space rock bands I saw in the valleys would jam on a single riff for what seemed like an eternity. And beyond.Yeh, but it's the minimalism it has that most space rock doesn't have - no solos, no real variation in rhythm.
Fit the sound I'm looking for.
Shut it, that's fab!I'm going to be very cruel here and suggest the g-dawful "Love Missile F1-11" by Sigue Sigue Shitwank.
Yep, fantastic. There's a couple of different versions - the best one clocks in at 10.36 and contains the wonderful word 'scuttle' at about 6 mins inBTW, if anyone hasn't heard Nurse With Wound / Stereolab - Simple Headphone Mind, I really can't recommend it enough
Much of the it reminds me of Kraftwerk's Autobahn.
