nope, I don't think it's the cut of the pieces (I never really noticed tbh). I think they've changed the recipe (back) due to public demand/complaints.

Hehhe, I bow down to your chocolate knowledge! G&B were bought by Cadburys about a year or two ago? Lindt is my favourite and some French one that I am not even going to attempt at spelling (Soufflon?). They're hard to get though and at £3.50 a bar they are very much a treat.
What's a good chocolate then?

but there is some seriously fine chocolate to be had. I had the most lush box sent to me the other day and I've never quite had anything like it

Oh, and Kraft Freia Marabou is fucking good too. I once worked on a project to redesign all their packaging - we were sent HUGE boxes of EVERY single kind they did. Months spent in a sugar haze. Think the entire company put on half a stone each
