The Tate is open until 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and from previous experience it is really quiet later on - probably a good time to go (after a few drinks for courage)
Excellent idea, I'd be well up for a go on these after a couple of steadying beers.

I visited today and it's brilliant. After a shitty start this experience really turned the day around. You sit in a cotton helter skleter type bag and off you go. Cue rapid descent to the turbine hall floor and big smiles aplenty.
It really seemed to bring out the funster in all present.
I did a little movie of me on the fifth floor slide. It's a bit crap but I was busy!
