The best curry sauce

can someone tell me what each of those sauces actually is...coz whenever i go to an indian restaurant (which is rarely) i never know what any of that stuff is and i am fucking indian myself!

Lamb dhansak is the daddy

Though a jalfrezi or a bhuna makes a nice change, now and again.

Fell in love with Dhansak while I was over there. Unfortunately it's not served at the Indian restaurants here at all.

It has to be khans jalfrezi. that must of been the best curry i have had in years

I voted rogan but I tend to go for a selection of veggie side dishes. Last curry meal I had included garlic mushrooms which were lush, first time I've ever tried them.

Chip shop curry sauce is best!

I had chips and curry sauce form the chip shop on Berwick Street in soho yesterday. It was the nicest thing I've eaten in ages.

Dhansaks and jalfrezis are pretty good too though.
