I've found non-evil versions of most other Nestle cereals,though.

dorset cereals make the best muesli . it's not hard work like most muesli is. you don't have a get up earlier to make time to eat it

i have in my stock cupboard three boxes of cereal - all of them are those little shredded wheat thingies with an raisin/cranberry/bit-of-apricot stuffed in the middle. I like those a lot. I take a pint of milk in every day (skimmed, natch) and have brekkie at my desk when I sit down and plan my lessons.

I generally donate the rest of the milk to the staffroom, although I do have sugar free crusha stuff in the cupboard too - i'm just not that brave with milk, generally.

I have granola and muller light for breakfast. I eat this when I get to work and get very annoyed when I am interrupted by work as my granola goes soggy. This is not good.

Apart from crunchy nut cornflakes which I can't eat in any quantity less that the whole boxful at a time and therefore aren't "breakfast" as such I've just found my new favourite

aqua you are a woman of taste and distinction - although I am v.jealous you can get the cherries and berries version where you are. I make do with

add in some Greek yoghurt mixed with Cool Oil, Manuka Honey and cinnamon plus raspberries, blueberries and strawberries and that's my start to the day.

I take my breakfast very seriously

We shall compare cereal tasting notes on Sunday and start the Dorset cereals appreciation society.

aqua - it's really quite nice stuff - you can use it on salad dressings n things. I prefer to mix a tablespoon in with my yoghurt. I don't like fish at all and figure this is the best way to get my dose of goodies

of course, it could also be just cos I'm a fucking hippy at heart
