Well our family car when I was growing up was always a beetle.
First we had a black one, then a navy, and then a bright yellow, which was my favourite. I always remember how the black plastic seats were boiling hot in the summer, and how my mum could barely see over the massive steering wheel cos she was so short.
I used to love the noise it made. I really cried when we sold that car, I really did! 
They are gorgeous. The only positive thing the Nazis did, IMO!
