I tend to confine myself to the Mark 1 Golf site, with forays in to Just Kampers forums only when absolutely necessary for tech help with the Type 2. I should join Volkszone, I suppose.

Yeah, I'm gonna join also...see ya there!:D

oooh Joffle...lovin the bug...has it got a name? Or are you not as sad as me...:o

Sad!!!? of course i am, all dubs need a name!

The blue 71 1200 is Daryl which i got last August. Hes steadily becoming less rusty since that picture, when i get time and money to do stuff. Heres his interior:

I love the interior!

I can't wait till Blossom gets some new clothes :D

Oh and I've joined the VZi website as fizzerbird but have yet to post...I like to get a feel of the place first...

It was like that when i got it, but i have repaired bits myself. Whoever had it restored did a wicked job. Everything is blue, from the gear knob to the rubber holding bunches of wires together. I thought it was bargainous at £590

Fizzer - Blossom is gorgeous!

Awww, dontcha just love Urban.... :)

Well our family car when I was growing up was always a beetle.

First we had a black one, then a navy, and then a bright yellow, which was my favourite. I always remember how the black plastic seats were boiling hot in the summer, and how my mum could barely see over the massive steering wheel cos she was so short.

I used to love the noise it made. :) I really cried when we sold that car, I really did! :(

They are gorgeous. The only positive thing the Nazis did, IMO!
