Villareal 8
Lille 7
ManU 7
Benfica 6

with Man U & Lille having the same GD, but Lille the better head to head record..

.... I really wish Man U had qualified for the UEFA, seeing them playing away at FC Dogturdenhaammer (or wherever...) the other side of the arctic circle would have been absolute bliss....... :D
 
Morally obliged to add my condolences to Man United....with 3 goals in 6 Champs League matches they can't even claim to be unlucky (although Lille's only CL goal against United was good enough to get them in the UEFA).

Normally I'd expect them to bounce back but (apart from their victory over the Blues) they really don't look like the force that they once were.

Better luck next time.
 
Are Man U in serious trouble? The Glaziers have mortgaged it to the hilt, success on the pitch was essential
