cracking tourney though with a quality final. i was in the pub with the brazilian massive and it swung from serious face to fuck off party! if they'd've lost, dunga would have been sacrificed no doubt. they take it v v v seriously!

sooo glad the result didnt hinge on the ref's not-a-goal howler. effectively brazil scored four.

Brazil might've not got the penalty, but I thought there was a straight red for Lucio I think, who led with his elbow in an aerial challenge.

As for Player Of Tournament, and Player Of The Year for that matter, it always seems to go to strikers or attacking midfielders (there are some exceptions, Redondo and Buffon winning the UEFA award before). Zidane got it at the last WC, when clearly Cannavaro or Pirlo deserved it.
