pat has been in the business for along time and knows how to keep a drop of ale.i grew up drinking abbots and it tastes every bit as good now as it did then(the only problem they had that i know about was,the abbot arriving late and not having enough time to settle).if there were any problems with the way the beer was kept i'm sure you would have heard about it on here by now.nino_savatte said:So I take it The Albert has an actual cellar person to look after the ale.
