During your lifetime, which 3 films do you think you've probably seen the most times?

    1. Quadrophenia
    2. Pulp Fiction
    3. The Great Escape

  2. Sea Star

Sea Star Urban 75 = Mumsnet

Quadrophenia is up there for me too. Also - Brazil, Life of Brian, Holy Grail, Withnail & I, Star Wars 1, 2 and 3 (that some call SW 4, 5 and 6), Space Odyssey, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2.

But if I had to go for three, in order, probably like this:
    1. The Man Who Fell To Earth
    2. Blue Velvet
    3. Blade Runner.

Badgers and Saul Goodman like this.
  3. Nine Bob Note

    Nine Bob Note Prickly Pollster

Mine, excluding seasonal films - as they'd make up the entire list: -

    1. Rocky Horror Picture Show
    2. Mad Max
    3. Shock Treatment

I think that's right, though Mad Max 2 + 3, Beautiful Thing, the three LOTR films, Batman/Returns, Die Hard (which I'll include as it isn't only an xmas film and is watched throughout the year, Masters of the Universe, Wizard of Oz) are all hovering around the number three spot.

Probably Spirited Away, Totoro and Howl's Moving Castle. Partly for my own pleasure but my boy loves watching them too. I watched the Star Wars movies a lot as a kid but reckon the above Ghiblis probably surpassed number of Star Wars viewings some time ago :)

I met someone recently who claims to mainly be into films like The Holy Mountain :hmm: me and the mrs have a little chuckle occasionally about this person, saying 'they're probably watching it right now' etc. ...

Not that there's anything wrong with watching it once. Maybe twice. Regularly watching it?!?!
