The 06/07 Fourth Division (league 2) Thread!!!

5th place finally wrapped up. A minute ago we were playing Shrewsbury, and suddenly they're out of it altogether and we're playing Bristol Rovers. Unless there's another last minute goal.

ETA: No Rovers it is. Although I think Shrewsbury have crept in in 7th and it's actually Stockport that are out.

Boston deserved to go down, given that they were only in there through years of cheating and lawbreaking.

That might be the end of them though, which would be a (bit of) a shame.

We still believe this man to be God

And we have proof now :D

And now a word from Stockport County:

I think Bristol Rovers are a poor side, a very poor outfit and they won't do much this season

Up your arse you whinging fanny, I'd have loved to have seen your face when we ruined your season with four minutes to go. Twat :D

JTG hope you play franchise at the final at Wembley if you do I know some Dons who will be there to support the Rovers & give the frannies some grief.. Good luck in the playoffs..

Got my tickets for Sincil Bank next Thursday. Our ground is almost sold out for Saturday. Somebody told me Lincoln have only sold a quarter of their tickets though. wtf?

It's been a while since we've had a big game and the second half of this season has been full of them

For some reason they decided to sell on a one-per-person basis to season ticket holders only first. They went on general sale this morning so should shift a few more now.

Lincoln seem to be on a mission to mess up the ticketing this season. They keep making games all-ticket even though we haven't sold out the ground for years.

Yeah, I just found that out. We've sold all our tickets for the home leg now so it's just Lincoln left to do their bit.

Rovers have ballsed up the sale of home tickets by the way, leaving many loyal supporters ticketless. This surprises me not at all.

We'd sold about 700-odd tickets for Sincil Bank this morning to priority one people (season ticket holders etc). Priority two people should account for the rest, I'd be surprised if any make it to general sale on Monday.

I enjoyed the first playoff game ! A good win by Rovers but it's still too close to call . Lincoln have definatly been better at home than away recently so it's still open heading into the second leg !

i've got a sore head this morning

lincoln only sold around 900 tickets out of an allocation of 2000. seems strange for their biggest match of the season
