The kids at the school I work in get milk now and its a secondary (but SEN and they often apply under primary rules for some unknown reason).

In addition: Overnight she wiped out all the grants to community arts projects - we don't want none of them left wing theatre groups wandering the country and spreading dissent.
She then went on to attack the universities by cutting the funding for humanities courses.
I still find it mind numbing that she is venerated by a core of Daily Mail type people rather than vociferous volunteers queueing up to boil the bitch in a bath of acid.
