the park used to be popular for post wedding celebrations which is where all that stuff about leaving it out in the rain is from.

Bit of a catch 22 situation though. I'm unlikely to be able to find sculptors willing to pitch for the job if there isn't potential funding for it and people are unlikely to pay upfront without some idea of what they are getting for their money, if anything.
