A tremendous thank you to the supporters, players, team management and committee from Dulwich who contributed massively to a wonderful advert for Isthmian League football yesterday. You will be so disappointed to have lost another final but hopefully next season will be your year. We at Bognor know what it is like to lose at the final hurdle, and it is just a matter of sticking to your principles and beginning again next August. You will make it!

Despite the massive crowd, the whole afternoon passed without any problems at all, and it was a real pleasure to see fans from both clubs mingling and getting on so well.

Thanks also for contributing to the record bar sales!!

With very best wishes from all at Bognor.

Thanks Simon. It was a good trip to your place, despite our result! Good luck next season!

Thanks for your message and for the welcome on the day. Your stewards were very friendly. And respect to Sami El-Abd for coming down to 'our' end afterwards to applaud Hamlet fans, when he could have been celebrating. Classy.

He was a real gent. I had a quick chat with him and he was full of praise for the Hamlet fans and wished us the best. Lovely bloke.

Cheers Simon. From someone who works at the club it isn't easy to manage a crowd of 3000 plus.

Credit to your stewards, bar staff and everyone involved with the club. The very best of luck for next season.

Simon, All the best to your club, you and all the decent people in bognor for next season. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune to encounter the biggest divot in west Sussex in the first half 3117 crowd. the odds on winning the golden goal prize would have been less. (Not many other places to move away to immediately and have a view.)
