I have two tents, a massive six man thing that can be seen from space probably, and a three man that can be put up in about ten minutes. We usually take both and decide when we get there which one to put up.:) I'd love one of those pop up ones but I don't think they have invented one that sleeps two adults and a kid yet. I can't wait to go camping, I've got my name on the waiting list to buy fat airics, but I might buy the self inflating mats in Lidl this week instead.:D

Bit of a tent geek myself. Got 4.
8 man Rage Tunnel tent. Cheap and cheerful from eBay but it's doen the biz for social gatherings. Lost one of the inners at Glasto lat year (don't ask!).
Regular 2/3 man dome. Getting tatty but kept us nice and dry in 2005 Glasto deluge. Sleeping in it tomorrow actually with it pitched inside the tunnel tent where some friends are staying.
2 man Black's Gruz backpacker tent. Wife and me took that to Poland last summer. Had it as hand luggage and of course got pegs confiscated before boarding flight. Had to find a shop in Krakow that sold them when we got there.
Latest addition is a 9 man Vango Killington which I git for £200 of eBay including footprint groundsheet. It's a beast but so good for family adventures. 5000mm hydrostatic head as well - not to be sniffed out.

Tents man. Love 'em

I love tents and am always looking for a really stealth-like, green/black, one man job for back-woods New Forest stealth camping. The neatest, tiniest one I've seen is a tidy little North Face number but it's nearly £200. It is on my wanted list.

For now I will make do with my Decathon 2 second job (in fetching green and black, so does the job nicely - in your face!, Forest Ranger  )

Have you seen the coleman phads? They're next on my list 45cm pack size and really quite spacious inside.

I Love tents too :)

Another great post.

I can't do tents and hand language. Or I can.

any recommendations for something small (one person 1.8m height), affordable WATERPROoF! light and small to take on the bicycle?
how are the quenchua ones?

Who remembers these bad boys? We've still got loads at work, although they never get carried on exped (thank god). Bombproof mind.

Just had a look at these on the outdoor megastore website, colourwise they are just what i'm after and they look pretty good as well. Not going to be buying a new tent for a while though :( but what i've got will do me for this year at least.

I can't wait to go camping again and soon :D

I've got 2 tents; a '3' man Eurohike I've had for years and this bad boy
