bear in mind getting dressed in a morning is gonna be a fucking nightmare though. that is very very low at 85cm high.
defininitely! I spent five nights using a 2man colemans tent, and trying to get dressed/undressed was a right pain in the arse.

I think that he meant to post this one http://www.wildday.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?id=7224 which is one our mate has (some on here saw it at OTT in May) and it's a seriously ace tent if you're camping on your ownHe's not about to go trekking in the alps (are you?), c'mon... Something like this would be more appropriate... Maybe a bit weighty.

North Face tents are extremely good... Cost a lot though.
Didn't Bees have some huge 3 man* affair back in glasto er... 2004? (wild guess). I remember getting drunk and wanting to cook in it (lucky I was kicked out because I actually did knock the stove over I think)...
*When I say 3 man I mean 3 room.

there wasn'tI've still got the uberdome, it's bloody great
Don't remember any cooking in it though![]()

the extra little bit of height has made all the difference to me in terms of getting dressed, and the porch area is plenty big enough. Very light, very waterproof, and plenty big enough for one! Three would be quite cosy I think, but the relatively large porch would probably take a bit of the sting out of it should you need to be in the tent during the day.http://www.millets.co.uk/Camping/Tents/3-4-Person-Tents/Sigma/product/095639.aspx

Is that a single skin tent i.e. no separate fly sheet?
Anything without a fly sheet isn't a tent IMO

We're getting one of these:

My friend distributes them and we're getting it dead cheap (circa £200). They're so cool and look great and have so much room. We figure for long festies etc, we can sleep in it and use the van for cooking, eating, socialising etc, before retiring to a nice clutter-free bedroom.
