Tension between Arabs and Jews in Acre

I haven't blamed anyone. I just said that the term Israeli Arab is a political ocnstruct whereby Israel cleverly dissociates itself from the problem of having Palestinians within its borders.

The man by the way was Pastor Alexander Keith of the Free Church of Scotland who penned it in his 1844 CE/AD book. He hoped to have all Jews converted and ingathered to Israel for the relisation of his Messianic dreams. Christan Zionist, true, but not a Jew.

Just to demonstrate that the most vociferous early supporters of Zionism were Xtians. Whereas, among European Jewry, Zionism enjoyed limited support.

You must think we all came down in the last shower.

Panda: It has nothing to do with my military service as they only target ultimate command and not people so low in the food chain. I am Non-Grata for 2 reasons: I) KACH, II) Felony Narcotics Conviction.

My Kahanist past got me listed on one of the State Dept (US) lists and I had a difficult time even flying for a couple of years after 9/11 until I went to court with others. I still get digtally searched in and out though.

The conviction though could be circumvented easily, if not for belonging to an ALLEGED terrorist organisation.

A felony narcotics conviction doesn't necessarily bar you from entering the UK, we're a little more relaxed than the land of your birth about that sort of thing.

Rennie: "Land without a People, for a People without a land.": You should make yourself aware that this ludicrous statement was uttered by an Scotsman, not a Jew, in the 19th Century (CE/AD) although he WAS talking about ths land in question. If you want to criticise soemone, criticise the people of the UK who seem to have a hand in much of the planet's misery.

The Wee Frees are bonkers though!

Rennie: Forgive me than if I misunderstood you. However, it is not a "celver" construct but a neccessary one. the two terms denote two different entities irrespective of ethnicty and/or religion. Israeli-Arabs have the rights of Israeli citizens, which they are. "Palestinians" of course do not. They hope to found their own nation. Israeli-Arabs for the most part which to remain throughly Israeli.

Israel is quite cognisant of the large minority within its borders and does not try to ignore them politically OR socially.

Panda: That is why I mentioned the true reason, my former political affiliation. Indeed the last sentence you qquoted (of mine) says as much. There are, as in Canda, waivers to be had. I have enough business interests to allow me to circumvent UK regulations, and all the more so when my criminality was close to 2 decades ago (well 1.75 anyway).

Unortunately Kahanism being the bogeyman it is (thanks to the Israeli Govt. which was terrified of us) I seem to be marked for quite soemtime. Glad though that many nations do not give a shi$ about that. Was a scare though (for me) for a bit after 9/11 since I was unable to leave the US.

Mike: "We Frees are bonkers though.": I actually know precious little about the group, although I am VERY familiar with the term and a general outline of the life of its author. Never bothered to research his religious outlook in depth. Bonkers though? I would easily buy it, having made his comment and knowing that he aimed to convert every Jew on the planet so as to hasten the arrival of the Christ.

Problem I really have is that people buy into the belief that Zionists said such an ignorant thing. One of the worst in that matter was the late Professor Edward Said (Ha Phil Dwyer!) who naturally accused a Jewish Zionist (Zangwill) of having said it, thus proving (in his mind) that Jews did not respect Arabs.
