How about if my payments need to be backdated? I'm about 4 months overdue - will they spread what I owe over the rest of the year, if I'm paying monthly?

In a temp job I had, I used to get less than another temp doing exactly the same job but with a different agency - that sucked I think I only got £5.50 an hour at the time and he was on £6.50 - world of difference at that kind of pittance!

That's fricking excellent news! Will be nice to be able to actually use my accrued holiday for actual private vacations as opposed to public bank holidays...
