I'm talking more about civillian children/teenagers growing up in the midst of WW2 - especially in the worst-hit areas. The fall of Berlin to the Russians (and numerous areas to the Germans beforehand) was not a pretty sight, for example, yet there didn't seem to be a mass outbreak of this sort of shit in the years following it's aftermath.

Well, he's got no right to anything and clearly never has had. He's a non-person. Grew up in a warzone, fucked off by his dad and by the "care" agencies, stateless. Now he's doing time and facing the prospect of deportation to a country he has no knowledge of in 20 odd years' time. And he's not even out of his teens.

This isn't supposed to excuse what he's done. I feel massively for the victims of the violence he's responsible for. But who's going to take some responsibility for the violence he - this boy- has suffered?

Have a look at how much has been spent on regenerating parts of inner london for a start off. Think of how that money has been spent and what results its brought about?
If your so ignorant and bigoted to believe that all the public and voluntary sector is run by competent uncorrupt people congratulations ....Im sure one organisation should be able to offer you a well paid job. There often on the look out for really really stupid people.
