Klingon pyhsiology is superior to Ja'fa generaly. But in Tealcs case, he is a superman amongst a race built to be supermen. So he pwns on Worf.

Plus Worf has no great comedy moments, so he would be unable to distract his opponent with a humerously raised eyebrow, or a comedy-timed 'Indeed'

Worf has no great comedy moments? Worf growling when an aggressive female shows an interest in him?

Teal'c - Up to his neck in gun fire most weeks whereas Worf hardly ever gets to fire his weedy phaser.

Hand to hand
Worf - he's spent way too much time studying various highly advanced (well it is the future) martial arts on the holodeck whilst Teal'c only really knows his traditional arts.
