Tattoos and the workplace

It's ok for both to have tattoo's, the problem starts for women in my life when I see them! Some women go up hugely in my esteem, while others sink to the depths.

Translation: "it's ok for men to do whatever, but God forbid women do anything without my prior written permission or they face the wroth of my esteem"

Hello it's 1930 on the phone, it wants it's opinions back.

The moral of the story is: think before you ink.

Wise words. That's exactly whet i think and that is why I ain't got any tattoos. If i even saw or thought of a design i wanted done i'd happily get one, but I genuinely have never come across anything i have thought, "ok, i want that on my for the rest of eternity".

Its like when i was at school i spent one lesson doing the old biro and safety pin tatts of "Sham" (as in Sham 69) on my knuckles and "SID RIP" further up my arm. my old dear saw it and scrubbed my arm red raw with a brillo pad till they were off. thank fuck she did!

I see all these 18 year old EMO kids in Camden with tatts on their necks and their entire arms covered with 'sleeve' tattoos of generic crap and I just feel sorry for them thinking how much they're gonna regret it in years to come. :(

i have only ever seen one that i thought looked so awesome that it made me seriously consider having one in a similar mold - it went from his back, over his shoulder and onto his chest.

i was too much of a wimp to get it done though - there were a lot of solid blocks of tattoo - muchos pain!
